How we compare

Once a day we check every provider we track and record what they publish. All the prices are collected automatically, and no provider can pay to be listed or to rank higher.

We keep each day's prices, so we are also able to show you the price history for some servers. In rare cases, some data can be wrong or outdated, so remember to check the price on the provider's own site before buying.

How we show prices

Prices are displayed for a month of usage. Special discounts like annual commitments are displayed separately when present. Some providers only quote an hourly rate, in this case we multiply by 730 hours, an average month, and show the hourly price alongside it.

Providers bill in their own currency. We convert to US dollars at the day's exchange rate so you can compare, and mark anything converted with a ~. The plan page always shows the original amount and currency.

What we promise

• No paid rankings. Sorting and filtering run on the numbers, nothing else.
• No accounts needed, no invasive analytics, no ads.
• Free to use, forever.

How we make money

Some providers pay us a commission when someone makes a purchase up after coming from our site. It costs you nothing, and it changes nothing here: prices, order and which providers appear all come from real data. The majority of the providers we list pay us nothing.

We store minimal data about you. All the details are in our Privacy Policy.
